Is my information stored or shared?
No! Your information is not stored by us or shared to anyone including the state. We respect everyones privacy.
What happens after I place my order?
After your order is placed you will receive a text message from us within an hour (sometimes longer on busy days) to confirm your order and give you a timeframe for delivery (or you can let us know a better time for you if the time we give does not work for you).
How long does it take to get my order?
Depending on the area it’s being delivered to and how busy it is that day, it could take anywhere from 30 minutes to a few hours or so to arrive to you (you will be given a time frame in the confirmation text).
If the order has to be mailed it can take anywhere from 1 to 5 days to arrive depending on the shipping chosen.

Do you offer contactless delivery?
Yes! If you are paying with Venmo, Cash App, Stripe, Apple Pay or Zelle then we can drop your package off right in your mailbox, front porch or wherever you tell us is best.
Is there a cut off time for same day deliveries?
Yes, in order to get same day delivery your order must be placed by;
Monday - Wednesday 4pm
Thursday-Friday 6pm
Saturday 1pm
Sunday CLOSED

I don't want to pay for my order before it arrives, is that ok?
Yes, that is perfectly fine! You do not have to pay up front right after the order is placed. You can pay when the driver shows up using any of the payment options.
